薛滨，笔名墨染，木念阁阁主，生于1982年，祖籍山东东营现居山东济南，中国青年美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，青年女画家，华人国际艺术家协会理事，山东滨州画院特聘画师， 山东滨州科普美术家协会会员。澳洲书画网特邀艺术家，美国洛杉矶汉天书画网华人艺术家，2002年毕业于山东师范大学美术学院设计系，2013年负责艺考培训，2014年成立山东木念阁艺术品有限公司，任董事长，同年9月成立霏·视觉艺术创意工作室，任艺术总监。
毕业作品《念·秋》留校收藏，油画作品《那年》，《收获》，《听海》《牵手》国画作品《一花一世界一叶一菩提》，《葵》，《八方聚财》，《奔腾》，《怒放》《峡江神韵》及摄影作品《童趣》，《背影》《喜怒哀乐》，曾获奖，并刊登。第一本荷花画集《荷处不相逢》，第二本花鸟画集《墨上花开时》，第三本山水泼墨泼彩写意画集《大山·印象》，用艺术眼光看世界，不断努力创作，用水墨丹青绘出自己看到的想到的记忆中的印象中的大千世界。
Xue Bin, pen name ink dye, head of Muniangge, born in 1982, is a member of China Youth Artists Association, a national first-class artist, a young female artist, a director of China International Artists Association, a special artist of Shandong Binzhou Painting Academy, and a member of Shandong Binzhou Popular Science Artists Association. Australian Calligraphy and Painting Network invited artists, Chinese artists of Hantian Calligraphy and Painting Network in Los Angeles, USA, graduated from the Design Department of Fine Arts College of Shandong Normal University in 2002, took charge of art examination training in 2013, established Shandong Muniangge Art Works Co., Ltd. in 2014, served as chairman of the board, and set up Video Art Creative Studio in September of the same year as art director.
