【当代中国书画名家艺术简介】

      刘毅峰,字恒源,号布衣学人、先觉斋主、国艺坊主人、半隐居士等,1963年出生于广州地区,自少年时代起就爱好美术和文史,于1987年毕业于深圳大学工艺美术专业。后在从事工艺美术设计之余开始研习书画及艺术理论,旁及“经史子集”,并从早期偏重于西洋文化艺术方面的研究探索逐渐地转向于中华文化学术艺术方面的研究探索,尤其对“魏晋玄学”、“宋明理学、心学”以及传统经典画论画史特别是中国传统“文人画”理论的集大成者,书画大家董其昌的“南北宗”画论学说与“石涛画论”以及近现代的黄宾虹、潘天寿、傅抱石等大家的画论有着独到精深的研究和见解。刘毅峰先生又曾得到关山月(已故),黎雄才(已故)、黄笃维(已故)、晏济元(已故)、王贵忱、刘济荣等前辈书画大家和学者的指点,于艺术创作实践及学术理论上“更上一层楼”,并以中国传统美学思想和“论从史出”的传统学术精神作为构建自己的艺术理论框架,将“艺”与“道”紧密地结合起来,逐渐形成了自已的艺术理论系统,并始终坚持以“古为今用、洋为中用、推陈出新”、借古开今的指导思想贯穿于其理论之中,近现当代的许多著名书画大家的艺术评论文章均出自其手笔。其文每以博古通今之学识而又深入浅出的语言透彻地阐述其中的道理,被有读者称赞为“文章大气中不失细腻,现代中透着古风……”,并似有“笔锋中常带感情”,常对当今中国艺坛所存在的不良风气现象提出颇有深度的批评。

      刘毅峰先生为原广东书画艺术专业委员会常务副会长、原中国新闻出版社《广东书画》杂志副总编、原《中国书画家报》学术刊总编、原《中国艺术》杂志总编、原《中华名人》杂志艺术顾问、原“幸福广东”组委会文化艺术委员会副会长、原中国工艺美术家协会副主席兼中国画艺委会主任、原中国书画家协会学术理论委员会副主任,现为东方艺术研究院名誉院长、中南画院副院长、中南书画院副院长、一级美术师、《文化投资导刊》常务学术顾问、洛阳伊川邵雍易学研究院高级艺术顾问、《国艺》期刊杂志编委会主任、国艺春秋艺术馆名誉馆长兼常务学术顾问、英国皇家艺术研究院名誉院士。

主要荣誉:

人物评价:

       刘毅峰先生艺术上最具品牌影响力的是其原创的“散锋山水国画”。据刘毅峰先生所述:其“散锋山水国画”主要是受到傅抱石大师的“散锋画法”影响启发发展而来的,早期并曾得到中国画大家黎雄才和刘济荣两老先生的鼓励和肯定,再加上此“散锋画法”与自己的性情以及审美趣味偏好相适应,才促使他一直坚持走这“散锋山水画”艺术创作之路。而刘毅峰先生经过了这么多年在此艺术创作实践上的不断探索,并坚持以“中画为体,西画为用”的艺术创作指导思想,融会中西之画法,逐渐形成了一种既能体现中华文化气象和中国艺术精神又具有个人艺术特色以及南方特色的“散锋山水”画风。刘毅峰先生的“散锋山水画”,按其创作“心得”所述:是将“山水”作为中华文化的载体,借此表现他对于中华文化之理解,表现中华文化之“美学”精神气象!这里面有“儒家”的“仁者乐山,智者乐水”之审美追求;有“禅宗”超凡脱俗的“寂静空灵”以及“不执着于形相”之审美追求;更有“道家”的“上善若水”以及崇尚“天地有大美而不言”之“大美”,以“自然”为宗、“道法自然”、物我为一、“与天地精神相往来”等之审美追求。刘毅峰先生以“山水”作为绘画题材,作为文化载体,以“散锋画法”的“笔墨语言”和中国画艺术所特有的不受“时空”约束限制的“散点透视法”,最大限度地淋漓尽致地表现他对中华文化之理解。他说在中国山水画艺术史上具有承前启后划时代意义的清代石涛大师画论中有云道:“画者,从于心者也。”他深谙此“艺道”,故他笔下的“山水”,不是任何客观现实世界中的“山水”,不是“写生”而来的“山水”,而是“万类由心”,“以心造境”,即是他心中“理想化”之“山水”,是他对中华艺术文化理解“消化”之后转变成“艺术形象”之“山水”,也可以讲是更多地追求“大美不言”的“自然天趣”之”大美”而非“人工雕琢”之美之“山水”,又是具有“宗教大爱”情怀的“人文精神”之“山水”,也是能体现作者的现代“隐逸情怀”之“山水”。故其“散锋山水画”作品之所以能蕴藉“内美”而耐人品读,愈看久愈耐看愈多东西看,画尽而意在。他那独特的“融会中西”的“散锋山水画法”,把“水”的“灵性”、“灵动”气象以及“上善若水”之精神表现得淋漓尽致,通俗上讲就是把“水”的精神气息画“活”了!那“笔端中常带情感”之“笔墨”无不透露出作者对自然和生命的热爱。所以品读刘毅峰先生的“散锋山水国画”,总感到有一种抑制不住的“激情”在勃发,有一种旺盛的生命力在张扬……通过他笔下的“山水”表现出来,充分体现出集中国文人画理论大成的董其昌宗师在画论中所言的“所谓宇宙在手者,眼前无非生机”之艺术精神!这种“笔端中常带“之”情感”,可以讲在其“散锋山水画”的艺术创作中获得最大限度之释放。综而言之,刘毅峰先生的“散锋山水国画”,是在能体现中华文化精神气象以及中国艺术精神之基础上体现他的艺术个性风格,这正是刘毅峰先生“散锋山水国画”之重要艺术特色。另刘毅峰先生除艺术创作之外,一直以来均于“国学”特别是在传统中国画史论研究方面用力尤深且颇有心得见解,数十年来一直坚持独辟蹊径地,独立特行地走具有自己特色的学术研究和艺术创作路子,“究艺道之际,通古今之变”,传承发扬“君子不器”,“志于道”而“游于艺”之中华优良传统艺术精神。他推崇陈寅恪先生“独立之精神,自由之思想”的做学问精神,推崇“时尚不能移,潮流不能动,权威不能屈”的治学为艺精神,推崇梁启超先生主张的“新之有道,必自学始”和黄宾虹先生所说的“学术如树之根本”之思想精神,深信学术才是支撑一切创新之基础,乃为一切新思想产生之源泉。其书画作品中最为难能可贵的是绝少见有“讨好人”或说“功利性色彩”的味道,没有“商业气”,没有“工匠味”,大多都是直抒胸臆,抒发性灵,颇见性情气度之书画作品。刘毅峰先生主张“不为物役”,”不以俗画传其意旨”,“画以适吾志”、“以画为乐、以画为寄”的“非功利性”的“文人画”艺术创作态度。其“散锋山水国画”,真可称得上如他《艺文集》中有诗句所言的:“满腹经论化烟云,‘散锋画法’写精神!”
