Lin Gong Xiang

Lin Gongxiang, the pen name of Xiangzi, is a famous art critic, painter, writer and poet. Born in September 1962, Fuzhou. He graduated from Beijing Normal University in 1983 and was taught by Mr. Qigong. From 1983 to 1993, he taught Fujian Normal University. He is now Vice-President of Fujian Youth Magazine, Member of China Artists Association, Member of Chinese Art Critics Association, Executive Director of Fujian Artists Association, Executive Vice-Director and Secretary-General of Theoretical Arts Committee, President of Fujian Biographical Literature Society and Senior Post of Fujian Publishing Series. Title of judges and editors.
In Fujian art circle, because of his work needs and interests, he was associated with many artists and wrote a large number of art reviews. With his unique aesthetic taste, exquisite academic comments and smooth narrative style, he was well recognized by the industry and artists. In retrospect, he was an absolute "literary youth" who studied at the National University of China. Mr. Shi Qigong, who founded the Cradle Poetry Club of Beijing Normal University, published a number of "best sellers" in Luoyang in the 1980s and 1990s when he was teaching at the university after graduation. Nowadays, while "making the voice of Fujian art", he regains his teenager's dream. In his home courtyard called "Yiyuan", he has a clear mind and a quiet understanding of the physical and mental pleasure brought by calligraphy, painting, literature and criticism.
He is the famous art critic Lin Gongxiang. "Not only sit and talk, but also practice." As a well-established art critic, he keeps pace with the times, regards it as his duty and mission to eulogize the vigorous and vigorous movement of the times full of life pulsation, and spares no effort to call for Fujian's art drum and call.
Recently, the Fujian Capital Members column of Fuzhou News Network interviewed Lin Gongxiang. A thin and gentle face, a Fuzhou accent full of "earthy flavor" and a well-quoted style of conversation are "people with stories". In the interview, Lin Gongxiang always believed that the good mountains and rivers in Fujian are a magical hot land and an important artistic city. "Pen and ink should keep pace with the times", a great era will surely give birth to a number of good works. He plans to select a group of artists, especially young artists, at the right time, to write a sister article of "Art Fujian - Lin Gongxiang's Art Interview Record" and sort out his new ideas since one stage.
