Luo Zhijun was born in Lhasa, Tibet, in 1958. Now living in the city center of Leshan City, Sichuan Province, he has loved Chinese traditional culture since childhood. I love Chinese flower and bird painting and landscape painting more. Zhang Zhicheng, Wanyibin and Yang Qi are famous calligraphers and painters. He has participated in many national and provincial calligraphy and painting exhibitions, and has been collected by the first Emei Mountain Buddhist Culture Calligraphy and Painting, Seal Carving Art Exhibition in China. At the same time, it is also favored by friends at home and abroad, and reprinted by many media reports. He is currently a member of Zhongxuan Shengshi International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a member of Leshan Municipal Art Association, a director of Beijing Red Flag Floating Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and a president of Yihai Academy of Calligraphy and Painting in Jiazhou, Sichuan.
 
罗智军号名空， 1958年出生于西藏拉萨，（谢拉多吉）。现居四川省乐山市市中区，自幼酷爱中国传统文化。对中国花鸟、山水画更加热爱。师承著名书画名家，张志成、万一宾、杨奇前辈。曾多次参加全国及省市书画展，并被中国首届峨眉山佛教文化书画、篆刻艺术展收藏。同时也深受国内外友人青睐收藏，多家媒体报道转载。现任中宣盛世国际书画院会员、乐山市美协会员、中国北京红旗飘飘书画院理事、四川嘉州艺海书画院院长。
