Luo Pei (Luo Jiazhong) was born in Fuyang, Anhui Province, and now lives in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. He is a second-class calligrapher, a Bachelor of Chinese Academy of Calligraphy, and a calligrapher of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting in the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture. He has been fond of calligraphy and seals for many years since his childhood. He is called a grass-roots calligrapher in his hometown and writes his artistic life with half-life of floating brush.
In recent years, it has been carefully guided by many calligraphers, and the art of calligraphy has been constantly innovating and improving. In 2016, it joined the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting and awarded second-class calligraphers. In October 2018, it joined the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting and awarded a bachelor's degree. In 2017, it served as the vice-president of Wuxi Creation Base of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting. It My life is full of immortal legends like Chinese painting and calligraphy! Let the pen in my hand explain my wish of "where my heart is, where my dreams are".
