Lin Guoliang was born in Ouhai District, Wenzhou City. From childhood, he loved painting and calligraphy and was guided by many famous teachers. In recent years, I have been fortunate to have graduated from the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts, Zhou Zhihao, Zhao Ruru and other teachers, received systematic professional training, and had oil painting, Chinese painting creation practice. From 1978 to 1983, he worked as a craftsman in Wenzhou Linyuan Arts and Crafts Factory. He is currently the owner of Moyixuan, member of Ouhai District Beauty Association, member of Ouhai Quanchuan Calligraphy and Painting Society, director of Beijing Contemporary Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and excellent instructor. In October 2018, he was awarded first-class artist by the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Title Evaluation Center, and his works were rated as: 2000 yuan (RMB)/square foot. Oil paintings won the third prize in the Second National Painting and Calligraphy Competition, and Chinese paintings won the Excellent Works Award in the Third Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Competition. In 2018, oil paintings won the gold medal and Chinese paintings won the silver medal in the first National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In 2018, the first People's Artist was awarded the third prize and the title of the first People's Artist.
